15% — only on real, measured live revenue
The revenue share is not a commission and not a share of your company or profit. It is 15% of the revenue of your live, operated product — and only from the moment it is live and taking money. Before live, it is zero.
This works only because mimaster runs your product entirely itself — including payment and billing. Revenue flows through the system mimaster operates for you and is measured there for real. There are no estimated figures, no self-reporting, no stake in your company. Whatever your product doesn't earn costs you nothing in the revenue share.
That way mimaster is aligned with the same goal as you: getting your product live and growing it.
Why there is no free trial
Building a product and operating it for the long run is not a matter of 14 days — a time-limited free test would prove nothing. Instead of a trial, mimaster takes the risk off you in four provable places:
- Feasibility upfront. Before anything is built, the operator tells you honestly whether your idea can be built — approval or a reasoned no. No blind flight, no paying to find out.
- Cancel monthly. You're not locked in for years. If it's not a fit, you cancel at the end of the month.
- Revenue share only once live. The 15% kicks in only when your product is live and earning — not during the build.
- Export anytime. Code and data are exportable at any time (export guarantee). No lock-in — you can always leave.

Common billing questions
What happens when I switch between Start and Pro?
You can switch your subscription between Start and Pro at any time. The price difference is prorated to the day: when you move to Pro, you pay only the remaining period until the next billing date pro rata; when you move back to Start, the credit is applied to your next invoice.
How do I cancel?
Cancel monthly. You cancel your subscription at the end of the current billing period, with no minimum term beyond the interval you chose. Your data and code remain exportable until then (export guarantee).
Are the prices inclusive or exclusive of VAT?
The CHF amounts shown are net prices. Statutory VAT or sales tax, where it applies, is shown on the invoice according to your location and status. Your invoice sets out the tax amount transparently.
What's the difference between annual and monthly billing?
With the monthly subscription you pay the full monthly rate every month. With the annual subscription you pay the amount of 10 monthly instalments once a year — two months are free (around 17% off). Both intervals are available from day one, and you can switch between them later.
What happens if a payment fails?
If a payment fails, it is automatically retried several times, and you're notified by email in good time (dunning). Your product keeps running during this time — it is not switched off immediately. If payment remains outstanding for good, the subscription is paused; your data and code stay exportable.
When exactly does the 15% revenue share apply?
Only once live. As long as your product is being built or isn't yet earning, zero percent applies. The 15% is charged only on real, measured live revenue that flows through the system mimaster operates — not a share of your company and not a share of profit.
